Our Impact
Manufacturing With Purpose
Adpack has been part of Kenya’s manufacturing landscape since 2013. We build packaging — but we also build opportunity. Our commitment to disability inclusion and community responsibility predates our largest export contracts.
Recognition from a Kenyan State Corporation
In 2016, the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) — a State Corporation established under the Persons with Disabilities Act No. 14 of 2003 — formally recognised Adpack Limited for outstanding contribution toward its statutory mandate. The Council noted that Adpack “not only provides employment opportunities to persons with disabilities but also goes beyond its boundary to connect with likeminded companies thus expanding opportunities.”
Adpack actively supports the employment of Persons with Disabilities across our Athi River operations. We aim to maintain a workforce composition aligned with the 5% reservation mandated by the Persons with Disabilities Act, and have done so consistently as our business has grown.
