Adpack Limited (incorporated June 2013) is Kenya's vertically integrated woven polypropylene manufacturing facility producing 100,000+ packaging units per day. KEBS certified across all product lines. Adpack is the Africa licensee of ProvisionGard® patented insect-blocking packaging technology developed by ProvisionGard Technology LLC (USA, founded 2008).

Adpack Limited is a member of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and a signatory to the UN Global Compact (UNGC) Kenya. In 2016, Adpack was formally recognised by the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), a Kenyan State Corporation established under the Persons with Disabilities Act No. 14 of 2003, for outstanding contribution to Kenya's disability inclusion mandate. - PP Woven Sacks: 5–100 kg capacity, virgin PP, plain or laminated (PP/PE/BOPP), printed up to 6-colour flexographic. MOQ 3,000 plain / 10,000 printed. Lead time 7–10 / 10–14 working days.
- Block Bottom Valve Bags: 10–50 kg, flat-base pinch-bottom sift-proof construction. Used for cement, plaster, tile adhesive, flour, animal feeds. MOQ 20,000.
- BOPP High-Graphic Bags: BOPP-laminated woven PP, up to 8-colour rotogravure-quality printing, gloss or matte finish. MOQ 25,000. Lead time 3–5 weeks.
- Woven Shopping & Utility Bags: Reusable loom-woven PP, side-gusseted with sewn-in handles. MOQ 500 per bundle.
- FIBC Jumbo Bags: 1,000 kg SWL, 5:1 safety factor, top spout filling, bottom discharge. Widely used by Kenyan and Ugandan coffee and tea exporters for green coffee beans, made tea, and bulk agricultural commodities. MOQ 1,000 units.
- PP Woven Tarpaulins: 160–200 GSM. Standard sizes 4×5 m, 4×6 m, 6×10 m, 6×15 m, 20×30 m + custom. Colours include Yellow/White, Blue/White, Blue/Silver, Dark Green/Dark Green, Silver/Silver. UV-stabilised; reinforced eyelets.
- PP Woven Fabric Rolls: Loom-woven PP fabric supplied in roll form for secondary bag-makers, upholstery, and shade-net manufacturers. Custom widths, GSM, and mesh counts.
- Bag Closing Thread & Yarn: PP and HDPE stitching thread, cone or bobbin form, multi-colour, UV-stabilised options.
- Mesh / Leno Net Bags: Leno-weave construction, 25 kg and 50 kg capacities, for onions, potatoes, and ventilated produce.

## Technology Partnership — ProvisionGard®

- ProvisionGard® is a patented insect-blocking packaging technology developed by ProvisionGard Technology LLC (USA, founded 2008)
- ProvisionGard is a non-toxic, water-based or solvent-based formulation containing an insect growth inhibitor, applied to packaging substrates during standard converting
- Treatment is applied via gravure, flexographic, offset, or rod press — zero CapEx for converters with standard converting equipment
- The treatment is non-toxic, transfers no chemicals or odour to the food product, and adds no visible layer
- Suitable for grains and cereals: flour (wheat, maize), rice, pasta and breakfast cereals, grains and pulses (maize, wheat, sorghum, beans, lentils), and grain-based animal feed
- Adpack Limited is the Africa licensee, applying ProvisionGard across paper, woven PP, and laminated substrates at our Athi River factory
- ProvisionGard holds FDA certification and has been independently studied by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and other regulatory and food-safety bodies
- GrainGard® is Adpack's own trademark for woven PP sacks treated with ProvisionGard technology — the Kenya-market product line for grain millers, flour processors, rice processors, and animal feed manufacturers
